upon entrustment, our company will conduct public bidding for two "vessel" en bloc "united trader" (imo no. 9659517) and "united venture" (imo no. 9523471 ) in a sealed bidding type (bid auction) from 10:30 am to 11:00 am on september 22，2021 (except for delay),. the announcement is as follows :
1、introduction to the subject matter:

一、標的物簡介：
"資料備索"
資料僅供參考，標的物應以看樣時為准。如果實際情況與標的物有不同，不影響本次競拍的成交和拍賣成交價格。拍賣確認成交後，本公司和委託方不承擔標的物的任何瑕疵責任和品質問題。
二、起價：
3,200,000.00 美元/美國，兩艘船打包價。
三、投標要求：
自本公告發佈之日起至2021年9月22拍賣開始前開始接受報名。密封的報價函應郵寄到本公司的電子郵箱“zppm8888@126.com”，價高者得。具有完全民事行為能力的自然人或者合法法人可以參加投標。
四、樣品查看時間和地點：
2021年9月20日15:00，意向競拍方請提前與拍賣方聯繫，船舶所在地：“lagos anchorage nigeria”，在准買方看樣檢驗船舶的過程中，驗船員的風險應由准買方承擔。未能在規定的看樣時間內參與現場檢驗，並完成登記和投標程式，則視為承認並接受標的物的現狀和瑕疵。
