1. introduction to the subject matter:"data available"

the data is for reference only ，and the subiect matter shall be subject to the current situation at the time of sample viewing. if the actual situation is different from the data,it will not affect the auction transaction and the auction transaction price.after the auction is confirmed,the company and the client will not bear any liability for defects and quality problems of the subject matter.

2. starting price:

受委托，本公司将于2021年12月3日上午10：30至11：00止，（ 延迟除外）以密封竞价方式公开竞拍3艘"船舶"：bgms crystal【 停靠在hamriyah free zoo, sharjah】、bgms pride和 bgms glory【目前在沙特阿拉伯，阿拉伯湾海域营运】。现公告如下：

一、标的物简介："资料备索"

资料仅供参考，标的物应以看样时为准。如果实际情况与标的物有不同，不影响本次竞拍的成交和拍卖成交价格。本公司和委托方不承担标的物的任何瑕疵责任和质量问题。拍卖成交后，集中交付地点：阿联酋，沙迦； 交付状态：现状 as is where is。

二、起拍价：以上三条船为1个目标物，整体拍卖起拍价：1380万美元/美国。意向竞买人在投买前需支付102万美元定金到拍卖行或者委托方指定账户方可参与竞价。

三、投标要求：

具有完全民事行为能力的自然人或者合法法人可以参加投标。

四、样品查看时间和地点：
